Lucky PKR Terms and Conditions – Rules of Use for Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager through the Lucky PKR platform (accessible at luckypkr.click and any associated mobile interfaces), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky PKR ("the Platform", "we", "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of Lucky PKR immediately. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms apply to all aspects of Lucky PKR including but not limited to: account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, betting, gaming, the referral programme, and all communication with our support team.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for a third party.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Lucky PKR.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Misrepresenting your age or identity is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on Lucky PKR. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or through shared device access — is strictly prohibited. Lucky PKR uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and document verification to detect duplicate registrations.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Lucky PKR account. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment method details used for deposits and withdrawals. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Lucky PKR login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any other person. Lucky PKR will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain login security. 3.4 Verification

Lucky PKR may require KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification before processing withdrawals or at any other point during your account's lifetime. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds until the process is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

4.3 Currency

All transactions on Lucky PKR are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversion fees applied to player balances. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 10–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required. Lucky PKR does not impose arbitrary withdrawal delays for verified accounts in good standing.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer on Lucky PKR specifies its own eligibility criteria. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or payment channels constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or do not have their wagering requirements met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Game Contributions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game and betting market on Lucky PKR. These limits apply per round, per event, or per bet slip as relevant to the game type. Lucky PKR reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual games or markets at any time.

6.2 Cancellation and Void Bets

Bets placed on Lucky PKR are final once confirmed. Lucky PKR reserves the right to void any bet placed under erroneous odds, system error conditions, or where the integrity of an event or simulation is in question. Voided bets are returned to player balance in full.

6.3 Virtual Sports and RNG Games

All virtual sports events and digital RNG games on Lucky PKR use certified random number generators. Outcomes are independently audited and cannot be predicted or influenced by any internal or external party. Results displayed on screen represent the true outcome of each event.

6.4 Live Casino

7. Referral Programme

Lucky PKR operates a tiered referral programme that rewards registered players for introducing new members to the platform. The programme is governed by the following rules:

• A qualifying referral requires the referred friend to register using your unique referral link and complete a first deposit of Rs 500 or more.
• The referred player must be a new Lucky PKR user — existing account holders registering a secondary account do not qualify.
• Referral rewards are credited automatically to the referring player's balance upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit.
• The reward rate is tiered: Rs 500 for the first four qualifying referrals, Rs 750 from the fifth to the fourteenth, and Rs 1,000 from the fifteenth onwards.

• Any attempt to manufacture artificial referrals — including self-referral, referral across household accounts, or co-ordinated fake registrations — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Lucky PKR reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Earned rewards already credited to player balances at the time of any programme change will remain valid under the terms in effect at the time they were earned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Lucky PKR and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or another person's.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to interact with games, place bets, or access platform features in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or calculation errors to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or multiplayer environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with Lucky PKR.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Abusing the Lucky PKR support team, including threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward staff.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by Lucky PKR

Lucky PKR reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete requested verification, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law.

9.2 Effect of Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds will be restricted until the investigation is resolved. Where a breach is confirmed, Lucky PKR may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with the severity of the breach.

9.3 Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your Lucky PKR account at any time by contacting our support team at support@luckypkr.click. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any applicable bonus wagering conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within five working days of the closure request being confirmed.

9.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should contact our support team or use the self-exclusion tool available in account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, the player's account will be closed to all activity and bonus communications will be suspended.

10. Responsible Gaming

Lucky PKR is committed to providing a gaming environment where players can enjoy the platform within limits that work for them. We recognise that for a minority of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky PKR platform — including but not limited to the Lucky PKR brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images, and promotional materials — is the property of Lucky PKR or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Lucky PKR platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Lucky PKR content without prior written authorisation from Lucky PKR.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky PKR's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Lucky PKR shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use Lucky PKR.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
• Any decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms limits Lucky PKR's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

13. Privacy and Data

14. Amendments to These Terms
